Has anyone attempted this before? My friend offered me his Coleman minibike for 100 bucks and I was to convert it into an urban winch. The motor makes about 6.5 horsepower and I was thinking about replacing the rear wheel with a spool and wakeboard rope. Rebuild the frame to let it dig into the snow but keep the front wheel for portability. Should I take him up on the offer or will that tiny engine be too weak for urban winching?
