haha... ya i realized that :P... and its definately not 80 bucks or w/e u were saying. It's 14 and thats a fact. and that's for a 2x6. U just want to say that home depot is more expensive so they wont even look. And i dont know why its not on website all i know it that it's 14 bucks for a 4x6 in the stores. Its not black though ... :(

The company i work for uses tons of lexan everyday we buy in bulk im sure i can take a bunch if n e one in ohio or midwest wants some and is serious i will hook you up for cheap as hell. We only use clear because we need to see into our machines but paint the surface underneath it n e color u want and cant tell at all. Im think 5 bux a sheet!

I bought mine at home depot for 70 I made a 1'6' wide 12' long box with it it slides really well use glue to attach special polycarbonate glue made for lexan works wonders. after shipping they are probably almost the same deal.

In basic enough terms its just creating a larger cavity for the screw to drill into the box but assure thet the head of the screw will be lower than your sliding surface, this is helpful for obvious reasons.

oh ok i get it now. I had about the right idea. I was thinking it was just drilling the screw in further than it had to, so the head would be below the surface.
