Build Question

Spent labor day weekend rafting the Deschutes river and we camped at the Wasco County Fairgrounds since it was cheap and easy and close by. One of the other dudes there was a lawn mower racer named Charlie. Dude had a full towter home and race trailer for his two mowers. He was ripping one around the campground that he named John Beer. It was fantastic.

This sounds like a country song

You can get you an all out hot rod Briggs & Stratton for about $4k and goes up from there. You can build a basic 5hp motor for a couple hundred bucks and get an additional 5-10hp but you will always be chasing to go faster which will cost more and more money. It is an endless cycle in the world of HP. Best of luck.
