its def. his dick! ahhaha. if you watch another part of the show you can see how the WHITE part of him comes around the bottom full circle but when he comes out of bath tub it doesnt come around like a circle. sorta hard to explain but someone might get it

notice how in all of these pictures the white spot on bugs' belly extends down to his crotch and the lowest point is in the middle of his crotch. when hes getting out of the bathtub, the lowest point of the white belly goes on either side of the crotch down his legs. this must mean that it is his DICK that is showing, not the bathtub.

I definately would not put it past the folks at WB back in the day to put some weird stuff in the toons, but that is not his penis, its just his crotch. I remember seeing something about a Mighty Mouse cartoon where in just a couple of frames he can be seen sniffing a white subtance up his nose. I haven't seen a Mighty Mouse cartoon in a long ass time. Does anyone know if they still run them?
