I'm really excited to see how the AFC east turns out this season. It is probably one of the more interesting story lines in the NFL right now.

PS... you seem to be a fairly down-to-earth fan unlike ROSSISCRATCH.... what was with that unnecessary roughness called on Ko Simpson for his hit on Randy Moss after the tipped ball? it was absolute garbage, 99 times out of a hundred that hit will not be flagged because it is legitimate... and also the defensive holding call when the pats were 3rd and goal in the 3rd quarter (i think) was a little bogus too....

sometimes i question the integrity of the referees in the NFL... too many phantom penalty's with no replays... almost like the announcers are in on it too...
 
bad calls happen all the time, i even question a lot of calls that go my way but keep my mouth shut about it of course.
 
shut the fuck up every team has its ups and down so go check yourself and find some other reason to make a bitch ass excuse for a thread and for the record buffalo bills fans are true fans from the soul.
 
yeah, there were a couple bad calls on both ends, there always are its just the nature of the game. After the colts game last week moss said there were some "iffy" calls by the refs, and got fined 20k which is ridiculous. The league and the refs are cracking down way too hard on players, and some of the penaltys for hard hits are getting really bad. They need to just let the players play the game.

I forgot about the special teams, IMO the pats and bills have the two best special teams units in the league. I think it was pretty clear the bills were better in that category yesterday too, they got some big returns and held hobbs (league leader in returns) to some really short ones. Turn overs were the killer for the bills though

I can't wait for thursday though when the pats play the jets for first place in the division. Its gonna be a very good game and I'm interested how it plays out with the short week.
 
seriously, in 5 years it will be two hand touch. I understand why Goodell is dealing with off field issues the way he does because the players represent the NFL, but the penalties and fines for celebrations and "illegal hits" are ridiculous.
 
I just think its great how all of these band wagon jumpers became the bills biggests fans as soon as they started winning and now look at them, idiots.
 
I became a Bills fan after their dominance in the early 90s, so what you say is entirely untrue. I dare you to go tell that to some western new yorkers who have watched the Bills for 50+ years thru the ups and downs. The Buffalo Bills are basically a religion to a large population of people, including me.

on another note, i HATE where they are taking this league as far as player protection from hits... it penalizes players for physical play... goddamn NO FUN LEAGUE
 
no ,you would be a real bills fan just like my dad. im talking about these people who have never liked the bills before and because they started winning they became bills fans... thats what i cant stand. Liking a team just because they have a winning record is pointless.
 
what????? There hasn't been a Bills bandwagon fan in about 15 years. Ive been a fan since I was born in '88 and have stuck it out even though they haven't made the playoffs in almost a decade. That's pretty much the opposite of a bandwagon fan.
 
Im not saying that real bills fans dont exist. Im sure that you are one. I think the fans that claim that they are bills fans and are only because the bills had a 4-0 record is shity for you. Youve probably sat through all of there losses in the past years and still cheered them on the next game. Im talking about the ass holes who claim they have been bills fans but couldnt tell you anything about the team or its history.
 
i know exactly what you're saying... i've had friends of mine get all hyped up over the bills at the beginning of this season, and now they've jumped ship and started to watch the raptors.... makes me sick
 
thank you lol my dad is a true bills fan and i hate the people that have gotten all worked up about it when they couldnt even name more than three bills players... and my mom is a die hard dolphins fan so our house has seen some pretty sad games and they still stay true in supporting thier teams.

It's amazing how some people are total cunts when "their" team wins. Just imagine what they'd be like if they lost all the time...oh wait, we already know what thats like. These are the same kinds of "fans" that wore Yankees hats and Chicago Bulls shirts the 90's.

...and no, thats not a dis on Boston/NE sports fans, as defensive as many of them seem to be. It's a dis on all the bandwagon douchebags your teams seem to attract.

Aww cmon now, no need to be a dick. I'm a life long bills fan as well, being from rochester they're the home town team! Been a rough last three games but oh well, hopefully they'll have a good performance monday night. As for the running game im fairly dissapointed with it, but if you look at it neither lynch nor jackson get more then 20 carries a game and i love both of them. Lynch has the ability to find the endzone everytime he's in the redzone, and jackson has come up with so many clutch 3rd down conversions, he's been a great asset. I think the answer to the bills recent problems is the offensive line, they can't get anything going, in the run game or pass protection. When the offensive line strenghtens and trent edwards regains his rythem the bills should do well again.

PS fuck jason peters, that overrated bastard...
 
jason peters is a bum... i hope he can turn his attitude around soon and get back to the level he should be playing at... I'd hate to see that kid walk in free agency after we transformed him from an UDFA rookie practice squad TE to a pro-bowl LT.

Melvin Fowler and Duke Preston have to go... those bums do not belong on our offensive line. DRAFT ALEX MACK, C NEXT YEAR... I DON'T CARE HOW MANY PICKS IT TAKES.

hey guys, i just wanted to congratulate you on your 1 win upgrade from last season. 7-9 (as of next sunday) that sure is better than 6-10 right? who knows though, maybe next year you will really step it up and actually be a .500 team... probably not though, but hey keep your fingers crossed and enjoy the offseason...
