Buffalo accent?

is there a buffalo accent? cause this manager at work has this accent, it sounds like a mixture of canadian/minnesotan/retard. its soooo annoying, he says things like "ba-CARE-di" or "vAdka"

no offense to people from buffalo, I think he might have some speech impediment too.
 
Not that I know of...... I mean the pronunciations you listed, I would think have more of a Boston twang than anywhere else. Save for coastal New England, the northeast is somewhat lacking in accents.
 
hes always saying I'm deaf cause I cant understand him, and i asked him to buy me a case of natty light once and he comes back with a 12 pack of busch non alcoholic. dummy.
