Budweiser gets a bad rap.

Everyone has always told me that Budweiser beer tastes like shit. So I always stayed away from it. I tried it once when I was like 13, and yes it did taste like shit, but that was back in the day when all beer tasted bad. So tonight my Mom was heading to the liquor store to pick up some things for labour day. I asked her to buy me a 6 pack of the Pabst Blue Ribbon tall cans, because I'm only 19. When she got home, it turns out that she bought be Budweiser, aparently she doesn't know what pbr is. I tried it, and its not bad at all. It almost tastes like pbr, maybe sligtly watered down, but not enough to tell. So next time your talking beer with your friends, don't crack down on Budweiser. Or even give it a shot, you wont be disapointed.

i just took back 2 24's, and 6 18's of bud to the beer store for my deposit. I drank it all summer
 
i wouldnt say bud is bad- its a classic. but its not exactly great. i actually like bud light better. but really, if im not buying good beer (ie microbrew) im buying pbr or coors light.
 
Corona tastes like piss and smells like schwaggy weed, add a lime and it tastes like piss with lime and smells like schwaggy weed with lime. Great White is where it's at. Lost Coast Brewery.

I haven't really drank a lot of beer, mostly hard A str8, cause I hate most mixers and whatnot.
 
meh. I figure I'd rather have straight alcohol and have it taste prettu bad for a few seconds, rather than have a mixed drink and have it taste bad for the entire drink..and all that sugar gives ya hangovers.
 
you cant even talk about gross tasting beer without tasting sierra nevada brewing cos shit, like pale ale. FUUUUCKKK DAT SHIT SON
 
Theres something in Bud that gives me bad headaches though...however its not in bud light...I really enjoy bud light, not my beer of choice but its alright...bud they did dub bud diesel for a reason...It feels like a fucking rock inside you....
 
i don't create the lingo pal. but it is my favorite beer next to coors extra gold lager.

if i had money i'd be a beer snob like most of you kids. but i'm a college student. light beer = bitches friendly.

people try to act like ballers around here and throw fat tire (micro brew) kegs and shit. it sucks, how do you play drinking games with a tastey beer? it works when they have a keystone light keg as well. most girls can't handle the dark beer and it sucks to chug. i guess liqour is the solution to that problem, but then you'll typically get a shit load of fights and end up watching a gang bang filmed in your bathroom the next time you visit your favorite bukkake site.
 
lol. i tasted budweiser when i was like..10 cuz my dad was drinkin it at a restaurant..only i thought it was some kind of tea and i was dead beat tired...it tasted funny

anyways, if you like getting drunk and having a good time, light beer is for you. I think the tastiest light beer is sam adams light, but I dont drink light beer for the taste, its meant to get you drunk.

natty ice is great to get drunk but also will give u horrible hangovers, id pick it over pbr that stuff tastes so shit

heavy beers are for dinner, watching tv, playing poker with dudes, and laying outside in the summer

dont become one of those beer snobs who shuns light beer, those guys are the worst.
 
bud light really does taste like shit. i did try bud recently though and it wasnt that bad at all. its no pilsner urquell but it is decent stuff nonetheless

wow i totally fucked my last post up. so i'm a bit of a beer conasaur myself. This summer while i was partying as well as i can i drank a fine assortment of beers in order or well better to the top shittier to the bottom and bitch in a catogory all its own heres what i like.

thats all the different kinds of beer i had this summer, i actaully forgot PBR when i was writing up my list. the amstel light is high in my book but most of the time i find myself killing the budlight. though i think that everyone should try some steal reserve.

PS. i love how NS is in its alcohol craze that it goes through every few months.
 
Um, here in california we drink a lot of micro brews. Lost Coast, Sierra Nevada, New Belgian, Rouge . . .. and lots of local beers. My friends and I tend to drink a lot of coors light for shit beer to get us drunk. PBR is good though, until the next morning when its comming out of your ass.
