Budget Ski

Hey I want to get some pair of skis, for all the mountain... mostly groomed and some black pistes and stuff. I expect there won't be a lot of powder where I'm going. I'm on a really tight budget, I neeed to get some boots and a pair of twin tipped skis. What would you recommend max $450 including bindings :S for the skis?

I'm 1.87 188 pounds...
