"Buddy" Tattoo

So here is the story, my buddy, my best friend...literally the guy i have been friends with since the day i stepped foot into elementary school...we skied together every day for every year since i can remember...we partied and got wasted together haha...we graduated last year and i went to college he went to the marines he came back and is on his 17 day leave and its been way awesome to chill with him again unfortunatley we are in minnesota and we can't ski yet ha...but he leaves on monday for florida and he brought up the idea of getting tattoos...and i liked the idea it sounds sweet and would be a cool memory of him...and i was just curious if anybody else has anything else like this and if anybody has any ideas something small and simple that reminds me, i know i should come up with it by my self but he only has a week left and i was wondering if anyone has any ideas to throw out.

and no i'm not gay, he is my best bud, hommie, brosif (what ever you guys call it haha)
 
sounds dope but try and make it creative so you dont have some wierd ass tattoo that just says BUDDY b/c thats kinda creepy
 
one of you get a tetris game underway and the other have the corresponding piece to clear a line tatted

it does seem gay, at first i actually thought it too, but he brought it up to me...and like i said he is like my brother and it sucks not being able to party and ski and shit now.
 
how is that gay? his friend is in the marines theyre best friends and always have been. i dont like to say this but he could be gone at any moment. if its something simple something that means something to the person that the tattoo is on, thats what its all about. tattoos are permanent and are supposed to mean something to the person on which it is on, if it means something to him then leave him alone, i cant stand people that get stupid tattoos that dont mean anything
 
Get him to draw a mountain or skis or even just write something like "gnar dawgs 444 lyfe" but get him to draw or write it himself on your arm or where ever and have the tatoo artist just fill it in. So it's like it's more than unique, it's his stamp I guess, then vice versa.
