The past years it's sucked hard, but now they're really stepping it up. They've made a ton of new features. I think you guys should give it another chance. They actually have a park crew now!!

I had fun there last year but only because we were content with doing dumb stuff all day. It is cool to see that they are stepping it up. How is it right now? Im in Fargo ND visiting family and I might end up in the Minneapolis area before I go back to school. Is it worth stopping?

For sure! I actually really like the setup right now! They don't have the full jump line, but they have a jump that's a step down, about 10-15 feet, and a bunch of rails. With the tow rope you can just hit their rails on the rope park over and over, not to say they don't have some nice boxes out.

If you do go, do a NS callout!I have AR7s, SPKs (the red ones), purple snowpants, and I'll probably have my black Saga vest on.

Ok! I might make the trip out there! I too have a black and grey saga vest, purple pants and line pin poles. Give me a shout if you see me!

was at buck a couple days ago, park is pretty fun, some really nice set ups. but holy shit is it icy. someone needs to tell their snowmakers to stop pumping mass amounts of water into the mix.

I know me and a few of my friends have all agreed that Buck's park this year is actually really good. The second jump is money, first jump is pretty good too. Not to mention, they have actually been pretty smart about there rail setups this year too. I really hope they keep up the good work, it's fun to shred there.

I'm totally contradicting what I said, but it is pretty boring now. And I'm pretty sure they just got 4 employees to just come out for the picture, nobody ever comes out to fix things. The setup has been the same for almost 3 weeks now.

huh? they are a little limited on snow right now but real snow melts just as fast as fake snow

well yah but i was just thinking about fake snow becuase thats all it is, but when it gets colder they will give it a big changeup.

I did go, it was kinda icy. I suppose this wasn't super helpful since they already closed...

but you didn't miss out on a ton.

park was good today, there building another kicker line, they got a small one done. there gonna make the pipe soon. and there totally rebuilding the jump line.

stair set is so sweet. I haven't been there since they made the boxzilla and other stuff in that pic, but the propane tank looks pretty dang good in this picture. boxzilla looks kinda ridiculous, and the barrel landing looks either stupid or kinda fun. The setup in the boxzilla picture was designed by a kid as a prize for winning a railjam, so I guess we'll she how it is. if anyone is on the edge about coming to buck, the rope park is good, but the jumps suck right now.

Ugh Buck sucks so much. I don't even want to go back after today. At least every other park I will ever ski will be great by comparison.

I have to honestly say I have never seen the buck hill park look that good. Its a shame Minnesota didnt get that much snow. Could of done some more sick features with the snow if they got it. Looks like Management is actually giving money to make a decent park. About time they pulled their heads out of the their asses and do something about the park. Its almost makes me want to come back next winter to hit it. Good old times at Buck hill
