Buck Hill preseason comp

has anyone ever been to it? i heard that they had one, but i don't know if i should go, would it be worth an 1 1/2 drive?
 
they have ont put on by rome for snowboarders, never any skiing though, but in like late november/early december hoigarrds threw one in conjunction with the erik perkins thing....was pretty fun....bill ran it
 
that comp was crazy weather wise and there was no snow on that run it was so hard to set up there. like the cat turning around would pull up dirt. as for the one at buck i will go talk to shawn at zombie about if he will let skiers come ride he is a cool guy but focused on snowboarding(which is fine since he is a snowboard shop).
 
its not looking hopeful. to help the us try to get into it how many skiers would show up? i need a show of hands please.
 
I talked a bit with cody at zombie tonight he is going to run it by Shawn(owner or zombie) I might stop in sometime again this week and talk with him some more about it. keep your fingers crossed...

anyone else want to CLAIM that they will go(hey claiming is cool and you want to be cool right?!)
