Bs switch ups?

i have that same problem too on rails. Just make sure you bend your legs, pop, and continue your spin on the rail. Practice on a small rail first, and then bring it to bigger one.

i think it helps a little bit when you keep your stance a little wider than normal. i just learned them a couple weeks ago and that was my problem but once i bent my knees a little more and kept a wider stance i started getting more comfortable with them

ya just turn your head and jump i find it helps if you get on ther box or rail or whatever a little over 90 degrees so your already kind of facing backwards

if you have one at your hill, try and practise them on a fltat down box, preferably one with a shallow kink and not a very long down bit. therefore you get the slope to help you with the popping and get comfy, and if the down is not too long, you should be off the box by the time anything goes wrong. i learned them on a really wide flat down box in NZ, which was great.

just make sure when you jump on to the rail, or box, you turn a little more than 90. as soon as you get a grip jump and turn.
