that depends on how fast you want it to heal. if you dont ski and stay off it, it will heal pretty quick, like a week or two. if you are like me, and bruise your heel the second day of your week long ski trip, ski the rest of the 4 days, and then ski every chance you can for the rest of the season, it wont get better til after ski season is over. i havent skiied in over two weeks and its still bruised, but thats because i added to the injury every day i skiied.
