I saw him in the hotel at 7 am when I was in Whistler a month ago. I said "Good morning Bruce" He said good morning back. Then I asked how he was doing and he muttered something I didn't really hear and looked away into a dark empty office room window like he didn't want anything to do with me. This is how a lot of people are now. They only know how to interact with people online and are absolutely terrible at interacting face to face to the point where just saying hello to a stranger is difficult.

I hate the narrative that the ski community is toxic. Its not. If you post something for people to see online, you are asking for your video to be judged. Ppl are just selfish and only want positive judgment.

Let me blow the minds of anyone who thinks skiing is toxic. Nobody has ever hated on Jake Carney, anyone from Keeshlife, Mac Forehand, AK, Oski, and thats just the quickest examples off the top of my head, and the reason why nobody hates on them is because they don’t do any wack shit. Bruce for example, is very easy to understand why ppl don’t like his content.

Also I have to add that not all “toxic” threads do well. Remember when there was the thread shitting on PDog?? Nobody agreed with it. And Just because someone says one negative thing about someones skiing doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t like them. Its a fucking internet forum. Ppl post here because they are passionate about skiing, not because they come here to be a dick. Skiing is like the most chill sport ever. Kids like you would lock yourself in a bubble if you were in skate culture
 
Take the clown pants thread for example. The dude doesnt like the pants, the rest of the community disagreed, but its understandable to see why he wouldn’t like them. Doesn't mean he's a hater, he's just a dude that likes skiing and wants to talk about it

Some guys can be dicks don’t get me wrong but skiing is definitely not toxic
