I just bought Brother Ali's new album and it is fucking awesome! The first half is a harsh but legit critique of America today, while the second offers hope for how it can be made a better place.

If you're feeling down about the state of the world this song is super inspiring.

This one is an awesome testament to what its like to be impoverished in America, and how difficult it is to move up once you're at the bottom.

One of the first hip-hop artists I ever listened to back in the day, got me started and he still comes out with unbelievable stuff. Definitely up there as one of role-models.
