anyways,

I've got skullcandy headphones, that ive had for about a year, and now they started selling in stores and im pretty bumbed any other sick headphone brands out there? just wondering. thanks.

sony, logitech (i own these wunning ones that are super small and shit but are=nt earbuds) walmart brand, panasonic, zounde (dont think theyll work either)
 
hmmm. the real table phones dont work on ipods cause they dont have enough power. i would get those black sony ones that alot of people use. theyre styled like dj phones but arent meant for tables. idk what theyre called though.
 
i just ride with a pair of sony MDR-V150. they're fairly inexpensive (under $20), have good sound, and, if i fall and bust 'em, i dont have to worry that i just spend a ridiculous amount of money on something i just broke.

sennheiser mite work, but i know for a fact AKG's get shitty sound on ipods.

these are dec. but i would go the next step up to the silver ones

i had two of the black ones and both of them broke

and i have the silver ones now and no trouble at all for and i'm coming up on a year of having them soooo...
 
i didnt know there was a silver model. i'll have to check it out.

my black ones have lasted me nearly a year too. so i dunno. maybe i'm just lucky.

I've got a pair of Sony vx6000's I think it is, and they'll blow out your freakin eardrums if you so desire. Mine are olld and still kickin quality sound.

i have no idea why you would want to get another brand of headphones. Skullcandy delivers the best quality i've ever heard in a headphone. If you want to be "unique" try these:

Senheiser makes some high quality stuff and you can usually pick up a good pair for under $50. But I still dont see your reasoning for not liking skullcandy, is it because now everyone has them? Cause thats pretty lame but Skullcandy stuff isnt to high quality either. Theyre sound is pretty crappy, at least compared to my senheiser ones. All they got is a sweet looks.
 
word son.. they make a silver pair that is better for like 40$ too with an inline volume adjust. sony is the new skullcandy
