shit iwas outside skating just a few minutes ago and i fell. it didnt hurt too much but i think i busted my wrist cause i cant move it without it hurting like shirt. i havent told any one but if its broke im gonna be sooo pissed off

I think one way the cops could make money would be to hold a murder weapons sale. Many people could really use used ice picks
 
dont tell anyone and dont get xrays did that for my arm and i still dont think everything is correctly healed

yah I broke my wrist skating. Chances are you probably have a hairline fracture. Which don't really mean shit, a doctor would probably put you in a cast but they will heal all the same. The only danger is you could make the hairline crack bigger.

not even^ a splint, i have an extra one u can have that nobody needs to see, i broke my arm, and when i used to race i was in the park and broke my wrist on a rail right before state qualifires, i still came top 3 in that race with a broken wrist, i was so scared of telling my dad so i told him i sliped on ice

ryan im such a pussy and yeah its broken. its not big or anything but i got a cast and shit. but fucking hospital...i waited 4 hours for some lady to tell me its busted.

yeah, you need to get to a hospital. Last winter Ski patrol and all of my buddies didn't think that my wrist was broken, but when I got the x-rays, my wrist was broken in 3 spots!

If I could I would, but I can't. Now shut the hell up.

 
yea i couldn't tell when my wrist was broken either because it felt just like a bad sprain, but then i noticed the bone stickin out the other side of my arm and decided to go to the hopital. the point is it is easy to overlook a broken wrist so go see a doctor.

I've beroken my wrists many times, and it is sooooooooooooooooo important to go to the hospital. Earlier this summer, I went over the handle bars on my bike, and I landed on my wrist, not very hard though. I rode back home, and didn't think much of it. I ended up seeing the atletic trainer at my school and then a doctor. They really couldn't tell if it was broken or not, but if I had broken it, it would have been the nevicular bone, which takes 3 months to heal, and is very easy to break again. To all you people: go to the hospital when you hurt something badly, you can never tell what the injury is until you get a doctor to look at it. You can screw up your arm for the rest of your life.

 
eh i dono. i broke my wrist in mid febuary on a rail. i diagnosed it as a sprain and ignored it until mid july, when the PT made me get an x ray. so last week they took bone from my hip and put it in my hand. not fun.

ECfreeski, that's bull. Breaking your arm hurts. I was 10 years old, at a soccer camp away from home, and my wrist broke in 2 while I was playing soccer. Now, tell me how that couldn't hurt. Dam, I can tell you truthfully that I didn't cry when I broke it, but after the bone had been set back in place, and the codiene wore off at 2 in the morning I cried, and it hurt so dam much until the next morning when I got more codiene. Pain has nothing to do whether it's broken or not. That was just complete bullshit.

 
i went to the hospital and all that. i was reluctant to though because it was 10 pm by the time it was bugging me and i hate the hospital so much. but i guess it was a good thing i did because i messed up some growth plates which could be bad to leave alone. but its not near as bad as some of yours. wow

also, you don't have to go to the hospital. If you have an athletic trainer at your school, you can see him and ask places to go for your injury. When I hurt myself real bad I go to some specialist in that type of stuff that has helped injured pro athletes. My insurance covers it so it dosen't empty my wallet.
