mine did the exact same thing, but when the peice came off the other peice it broke towards the mat, and went through it, i got my uncle to weld the peices together and ductaped the mat

 
fucken shit,we called jumpking ( the company) and theyre only gonna send us the piece that broke cuz the frame has a 10 year warranty, fuck i was hoping they would of warrantied the whole damn thing so i could of gotten a whole new everything,ah well,ill have the piece by monday and jumping can begin again yay

yeah man, my tramp just broke. The stitching on the edges of the mat that holds the little loops that the springs hold onto is ripping, so the springs randomly fly off now and i can't put them back on because the stitching is gone. fuck, it was a $500 mat too. i'm getting it restitched though, so it's all good
