broken skis

ok, so i have been skiing for three weeks this summer already at a local camp, and ive already broken two different pairs of skis. my first pair, the vinnies, i snapped a tail off, and the second pair were enemys, which cracked right in half under neath the toepiece screw holes. does anyone else have this problem? how do you afford this expensive predicament?

i broke those white ones i had. and veach's feet are to big. camps over now though, but im SOL cuz i have no skis now.

Take them to your local shop, or I know with K2 call them (on Vashon Island, WA) and ask for warranty. They will take care of you, I work for a local shop, and do it all the time, Hell I have already warranty my ScratcH :( Oh well new skiis!

Dude, i know how you feel, I broke 5 pairs this last season, and 9 in the last 4 years. There is not much you can do to avoid shit like this. Make sure when you buy skis you get a good warranty, Rossi doubles their ski warranty if you put a rosi binding on it, I think look and dynastar is the same way. SHIT HAPPENS.

why do you guys brake so many skis? I live in mammoth and I big like everyday and I have never broken my skis in the park once.. you guys are just to fat to ski..
