Broken Rossi binding.

Just got these suckers mounted up today. Got the bindings for 40 bucks except there is a little problem with the step(?) plate. Have you ever seen this before or had it warranteed? It should still work i think. Just annoying thats all. Thanks Yall!

Bump. Also, sorry for the numerous pictures. Computer is slow as balls and wasnt registering the picture i posted.
 
It looks like the step-in tab on the heelpiece is broken off. This doesn't really affect the actual function of the binding as far as I know, but it will make it so you have to manually pull up the binding to click in, as opposed to just stepping.
