Broken pinky finger

i jammed my left pinky finger and it hasnt gotten better and is def broken, im goen to the ortho tomorrow, will they put a hard cast on it? or just a little splint, i really dont need a hard cast right now, anyone know? thanks

tough it out. a couple weeks ago i broke the bone in my hand right below my pinky. i didn't get it checked out cause it happened while i was drunk and i didn't want to show my parents. it barely hurts now. just tape it for a week and then you will barely notice it anymore. much less expensive than going to an ortho.
