Broken Neck..>FUCK!!!

Anybody fucked up their neck. Because mines not broken but I pulled a muscle and its the most pain I've ever felt, worse than breaking my ankle in four places. I can't fucking move it or else this extreme pain surges through my head and I smash anything near me.

Anybody know any home remedies other than icyhot?? I'm really fuckin pissed and fuckin hurting. I already took 5 ibprofen so I think I'm over the limit.

Yeah, I did that landing on my head on a tramp once. Couldn't walk at all for 2 days, and a week after that I was walking like an old man. It hurt like hell, and was really annoying.

Dont eat to much Ibprof. that shit will jack your stomach. A few weeks ago I drove about 2000 miles in my shitty truck and just from looking over my left shoulder alot to change lanes my neck was fucked up for a few weeks. Just stretch it a lot and if you know good neck excerises do those aswell. A good excerise is laying flat on your back, then your gonna wanna go into a back bend so only your feeet and your head are touching the ground. Then just SLOWLY roll around on your head and it builds your neck up pretty fast thats what most wrestlers do to build their neck up and stretch them out before matches.

yah, I already took a bunch of ibprofen and drank some vodka..oops my stomach is probably bleeding but it feels like my head is floating so I feel good. The thing is though I can't do any stretches, I am very resricted to not moving at all or else I feel horrible pain.

It really took a week to heal though??? I have soccer tomorrow and tryouts in a week. FUCKKKK!!!

Yeah, it took at least a week, but remember I landed on my head from a reasonable height. Just have to take it day by day and see how it is in the mornings. For the pain, I reccommend a half dose of nyquil and half a sudafed. If That doesn't work, double it. Not good for you, but better than ibu and vodka, and it works just as well.

Have you tried taking a hot bath? Maybe even get your little brother to give you a neck massage.

haha, I actually did try taking a hot bath, but getting into the tub make my neck hurt so bad I just smashed everything on my sink and couldn't do it.

Yeah, you probably should see a doctor anyways. I'm dumb, so I didn't, and I regret it. My neck still acts up sometimes. He'll probably tell you not to play soccer, but at least your neck is better off.

it will just take some time, but a dotor is probaly a good idea. they might even give you some prescriptions pain killers / muscel relaxents.

Ive pinched a nerve in my neck a few times, one of those times was pretty serious. I was in bed for a couple days and couldn't move my neck without feeling the most intense pain I've ever felt.

yah, I called the doctor and he said take 4 ibprofen every couple hours and call back tomorrow if it still hurts, since it was only the side of my neck. If its the back of your neck its a lot more serious.

My mom told me about her brother having the same thing and went to see a doctor. The doctors way of curing it was to twist his head the way it hurts real fast, and he did, and my moms brother punched the doctor in the face.

I just woke up with it. I had the air conditioner on in my room for the first time, and it might've made the muscle tense and cold, and I could've just twisted it the wrong way.

my friend had to get some muscle like cut from from his neck? i dont know how to explain it but you have to go to a chiropractor. I guess it doesnt hurt.

if u cant get into a tub... heat up a face cloth with really warm almost hot water and ring it out and place it on your neck and leave it there for 10 mins... and repeat kinda like u owuld with ice only with heat. Robaxacet platnium is really good too. I know it sounds stupid but it helps is using Deep Cold or another muscle rub put it on and then wrap a towel around your neck and safety pin it in place and leave it, it helps support ur neck muscles letting them relaxe more cause thye odnt hvae to work so hard. Stretch wise if u can let your head fall forward and gently roll it to each side and hold for 10-15 secs multiple times it should help too. Thats what i do when i fuck up and my neck and whaat i currently doing since i smashed my head wakeboading... if I think of anything else that is working for me i'll let u know...

I got something like that randomly once i couldnt move my head to the left and right or else it would fuckin kill but it went away in a couple days
