Broken/Lost Phone Stories

First I lost an Android when i sketched out on a jump and checked my pocket and it was gone. Second I was go carting and i pulled my iphone out and the whole screen was cracked.

Today, I was at practice and my Windows phone was sitting out and it started to rain and i forgot about it. Water damaged! Pissed cause windows phone was sick.

Lets hear your stories, hopefully its successful.

Also any ideas for new phones.

This past season and the season before I was skiing and checked my pocket on a lift ride, long behold no phone in my pocket. As I skiing down the jumps I found my phone both times, no idea how I got this lucky and the phone was still working. The phone before that was an android and while skiing preseason at Gaurdsmans pass it was rainy/snowy and the phone fried. Been on the slider/brick phone train ever since and they are indestructible. My advice is get a GZ-one by verzion or a phone like it. That's probably going to be my next phone.

I once lost my phone then when I had my girl over for the night. We both blacked out the night before and had no idea where it could be. She had hers so I called my phone and all of the sudden she started moaning and twitching a little. Then she said "I know... where... uhhh ohhhh ahhhhhhhhh... phone is babe... mmmmmmmm yeahhhhh oh yeahhhh."

Turns out we got super kinky the night before and we put my iPhone 4 in her snatch, we both passed out and forgot about it.

Crazy stuff.

Lost my super old slider phone (no keyboard just number pad) on the first day of this season, no idea where i just checked my pocket going back to the car and it was gone. I had crashed a bunch that day because im a novice so i figured it was lost forever in the pow. called the lost & found a few days later and they had it... still works today.

Back in the day when I had a flip phone, I somehow managed to snap it in half. The bottom part still worked, I would just have to guess on calling people and answering calls. Plus it always had to be in speaker phone to hear people .

I was in a small rowboat coming in to the dock after going on the boat with some friends, and thought it would be a fantastic idea to lob my phone onto the dock. I was about 30 feet from the dock and the dock is only about 6 feet wide. I threw it lightly onto the dock, it took one bounce, and plopped right into the ocean. So there is now a half of a shitty flip phone in the bottom of my town's harbor if anyone is interested.

My friend has now lost two iPhones because he dropped them in a urinal. I guess both times he decided to reach in and grab it just in case it still worked after. Neither gamble paid off.

I lost my iphone. But then i found it in my couch a minute later.

But really I went through about 5 of the motorola razr flip phones.

my phone literally disappeared, i set it between my legs when i drive for easy access and when i got out of the car it was gone, fucking weird.

Was cruising down a trail on sled dogs, hit a side booter and landed right on my hip. Phone was toast.

2nd phone went swimming with me

3rd phone I broke the screen by rolling over. (#fatkidprobs)

4th phone I dropped on concrete and the screen just stopped working.

like two years ago i lost my phone at breck and spent like 200 on a replacement, only to recieve a call next day from breck guest services that they had my phone

I put my phone down on the steps of a crack house once whilst smoking a blunt and waiting for a friend who was conducting some bidness next house over. Server car rolls up all of a sudden and fiends come out of everywhere so I left to take a walk and get away from the hot zone- and didn't realize my phone was still on the steps. Went back and the shit was gone. Took three days for my guy down there to track it down for me but I NEVER thought if see it again. I was impressed that he actually tracked it down.

I had a flip phone back in like 06 and lost it at some point, never knew what happened. 2 years ago while walking in a swampy/wooded area me and a friend found it.

A couple months ago I lost my phone at Sunday River while skiing. No fucking idea what happened to that.

i was sick of people calling and texting me... so i through my first phone into a wall and left it in a puddle... it didn't die.... but a few months later someone barely dropped it and it stopped working...

and then every phone since that iv had stolen...

iphone i have iv shattered before but my bestfriend's parents own a tech shop so easy fix. The back even has blue glass

On thanksgiving a couple years ago I left my old alias on the roof of my cousins car, not knowing she was leaving early, and it flew off the car while she was driving. Went up and down the streets looking for it but didn't find it. Although it's not a phone, I also have an old ipod touch thats been lost my house for the past 2 years.

I lost my first phone, one of the very first Nokia's, crowd surfing at a Green Day concert. I told my parents I got pick pocketed and got them to lend me money to buy a new one that was top of the range. I spent all summer doing double paper rounds, chores and babysitting for free to pay them back but I didn't care because my new phone made me the coolest kid in school!

1st phone: i left it in my jeans and it went through the washing machine2nd phone: my parents thought i was spending too much on it and made me get a different phone

3rd phone: it stopped picking up signal unless i had just turned it on so i sent it into orange to get it fixed and they sent me a worse phone as a replacement

4th phone: i lost it while in the queue for a ride at thorpe park.

I literally pizzed down the hill for atleast 30 mins while my friend called it trying to hear it ring. I also went to each trash can in the lodge and called it and looked for it . Now that I think about it, I never even cecked the lost and found hahaha

Either I am not living hard enough, or I am just not careless with my things. I have yet to lose my phone.

im usually good with my phones. Just broke my iphone 4 after 2 years of no cracks or anything. got out of the car with it in my lap and bam. shattered screen.

Really? You call bullshit on that story? Oh my god you must be some sort of genius.

Obviously that shit didn't happen you gullible gary.

First iphone 3gs get wet and wouldn't charge.

Second iphone 3g was given to me partially broken, landed on it with my hip while skiing and killed it

Third iphone 3gs was fine until one day I through it in a trashcan per tradition for Bruins victory...they one but the screen lost. Then few weeks later it fell out of my pocket onto gravel and screen went 0-2. Still kicking though I have a habit of using them until they die, even if i can barely read a text.

One time i was having zero gravity sex on the moon and then samuel l jackson came along walking his moon bear and had his moon bear tear my phone to shreds

Put my blackberry in the washer. Not sure if accident or some subconscious way of discarding the piece of shit phone.

I fell in the lake with my 4S and the audio jack stopped working. Other than that I have never broken or lost a phone

I just looked and I have about a decade's worth of my old phones still in my possession.

I think I miss my startac the most tho /nostalgia

1st) Nokia Slide phone. I decided it was invincible so when it ran out of battery one day I got pissed and threw it against some ice, the slider got off it's track and it stopped getting reception.

2) Random Candy bar phone, paid 60$ for it, fell out of my pocket whilst biking.

3)Samsung Corby Pro, water damage from the steam in my shower. started turning off constantly.

4)Black berry curve 9300, lost while on my final park lap at Mt.St, Anne.

5) Blackberry curve, I left it by on the stairs by a church when longboarding, when I came back. It no longer got reception. No idea why.

5) Blackberry torch 9810, didnt stop working I just hated it so I sold it and bought a Galaxy S4

6) Haven't lost/broken my GS4 yet, and I got insurance with Rogers so that if anything happens to it (lost/stolen/broken) I can get the same phone or a similar model for 120$
