There's no fixing that unfortunately. If the tongue were fixed to the liner with Velcro, it would be simply replacing the tongue but alas, it's not.

Your boot (and liner) have a 2 year warranty from date of purchase. If your boot is within that warranty period, take the boot to an authorized Atomic retailer (ideally the shop you bought it from) and get it assessed by the retailer. You'll most likely get a new liner out of it.

If it is not within the warranty period, then you have lots of options at your disposal. The ideal, in my biased opinion, is to go for the Hawx version of the Mimic Professional liner. It not only was built with your boot in mind, but it creates the exact fit you need based on your physiology and the space between you & the shell. It's like stepping into a negative of your foot & leg- seamless fit between you and the shell.

Or if op is poor and out of warranty, wouldn't some gorilla tape work til he can cop the funds to get new liners? Way burlier than duck tape. The shell is what matters. Am I wrong?

No question that OP should do what is within his means. But, a liner tongue is a really important part of the recipe. While the shell & cuff are incredibly important, they aren't the only thing that is important.

OP - just see how it feels taped up. But I bet you will feel something digging into your shin while skiing. Your shin is a rather sensitive area and a broken tongue isn't going to be unnoticeable.
