well im out from 4-6 but the doc said its gonna be 4. and i was doing a 3 off this booter, landed back seat with my arm somehow behind me and well took all the force of the landing and cracked...scary shit. not spinning again for the rest of the season, except rails(shorter fall)

dude how the hell did you get a spiral fracture to your humerous and be back skiing in 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. i buckle fractured my wrist and had the cast for 5 weeks. a full arm with elbow for 3 of them. it was in summer so it sucked.

I pretty much had the same break, except it was up higher at the base of the ball where it attaches to the shoulder. I also dislocated the hell out of my shoulder.

I ended up getting two screws in my arm.

It took me 8 weeks in a sling, and then about 8-12 more weeks doing stretching and lifting to get my arm back up to full strength.

Now every once in awhile i have to pop it otherwise my arm gets uncomfortable, or when i do too many pushups or just use my shoulder too much in general, i need to pop it.

I also dont have the full range of motion that I used to, but its hard to notice.
