I broke the edge on my skis its still there but a 3in got smashed into the base can i get it welded or fixed?

Take it to the shop and they might be able to do something.

I just took a 2-inch section of my edge off on my box and it's going to cost me $40. So it can be fixed, it's just a bit on the expensive side.

haha, you guys kill me. just rip it out, unless they are your "shred the whole mountain ski" but if they are your park ski, rip that edge out, or don't get it fixed.

This was on my "shred the whole mountain" ski, so I really need it fixed. If it was just for urban or something I wouldn't get it fixed, but I don't think I'd enjoy skiing with a chunk of edge missing.
