Broken Binding Help

Anyone seen anything like this before?

We spent like 10 minutes on the side of the trail trying to hit it back into place. Hit it against a tree, pole, everything.

The heel just bent way too far forward and won't go back to normal.

Anyone know how to fix it?

Take them too a Rossi dealer preferably the one you got the bindings from. They can take a look at them for you and you probably by the look of it send them off to Rossi for warrenty.
