On saturday at some point i cracked my old p10's heel casing right down the middle but just the outside clear plastic that goes around another piece of plastic that houses the spring, as of now i have it all taped up and it seems to be doing fine. I'm just wondering whether it's really fine or what any help would be appreciated and i can get pics if you need them.

You might want to look into getting new bindings because that tape can come off any moment
No big deal, the plastic cover isn't an integral part of the binding, if you are really concerned the dildo cover off any off p series binding should work other then the din indicator markings being off. Just go to your local shop, most will usually have a bin of broke ass old bindings for parts.
