Theres a chick at my school that wears a back brace all the time because of a ski accident. Heres the storie. She always skis really fast with huge skis and cruises the wide open trails, and i guess she was going along really fast on her 190s and from what i heard she skiied over the top of the pipe, like she was dropping in...but she was hauling ass and pretty much slammed into the opposite wall. I didnt see it but that would be one nasty crash

 
how the hell could you possibly drop into a pipe accidently? arent they usually fenced off? and sorta... big? like easy to see?

^sheesh, that is coldness. But yes, you would think she would be under better control and be aware of what was downhill. At my local mountain they had this terrible tiny pipe that wasnt roped off well. I guess I could see how she could do that

ive seen that happen before to some flatlander. he died. not really but i broke his back. i just sat next to him while ski patrol came. he was taken out in an ambulance.
