I haven't been able to hit again, when I landed in the video it felt like I snapped my tibia in half. So far I can walk fine, but as soon as I put on a boot and lean back a sharp pain goes from my ankle region up to the outside of my mid shin. So I'm not sure if I have major shin bang or a minor fracture. =(

Ive been working on unnatural spins and fell back a few times as well. Right there with you on the pain did it two days ago felt like I snapped it, went back yesterday to ride felt sore for first couple laps then tightened the boot up more and was fine. Ice your shins and use a lighter/ remote or foam roller to get the crunchies out. Use a tennis ball to rest under your sore parts on the leg to help release and roll out the muscles. Heel raises and toe dips on stairs do wonders

Put your heels on edge of stair facing down the set. Hold onto railing if need be. And point your foot down then up pivoting on your heel. Guaranteed to make the shins burn but it relaxes the muscles nicely.

Getting too drunk over the holidays isnt a good enough excuse for my minor meltdown in this thread.

But I don't think it justifies a ban.
