skiwoj is getting calf implants for his birthday. his parents had it all hooked up, he was going to add about 40 grams to each calf. he got his left one done and it has healed but when he went in to get the next one finished up to match, they told him their payment only cleared about 5/8ths of the procedure so he still needs to pay 7/8s of his right calf implant in order to finish the surgery. The national average of 2007 surgeon fees for calf implants was $3,206 (Source: American Society of Plastic Surgeons). These fees do not include anesthesia, operating room facility, hospital stay, and other related expenses. So skiwoj needs about 1400 dollars to finish up. so thats why the big sale. heres some proof:
