Bro models

I met the guy who designed them (Pat maybe?) in Tahoe a few years ago... he was wearing those PBR goggles which got the conversation started in the first place. The skis are rad. Then last year in Whistler I met a girl (also from NYC) who had just bought a pair, and we ripped through the trees all afternoon... she loved them. They seem like a pretty burly ski, make sure you can handle them, strength- and weight-wise.

I'm kind of wondering why a girl from the East would want them, though.

Hey linds-o-rama --

That had to be me with the PBR goggles that you must have spoken to in Tahoe. I'm assuming it was at Kirkwood? That's where I mainly ski. I'm not Pat though...I'm Ron. Funny that I saw this thread in particular you mentioning the PBR goggles because I haven't checked in here in loooong time, and boom I see this :-)

Anyway, we just updated our website at www.pmgear.com if anyone wants to check out the specs on our 179 & 188 Bro Model skis. There's also a bunch of pics up on our myspace page at www.myspace.com/pmgskis

If anyone has any questions about us feel free to shoot me line via our myspace page or at ron AT pmgearusa DOT com as I don't check in here all that much.

Bro Models are the shit. pat is awesome as is the whole PMgear crew.

Check TGR for tons of info. They are sick skis.

If anyone ever has a chance to ski them do so cause as everyone on TGR raves they are the shit and rightly so. Ive got a pair from last year in 179 soft and I love them.

This photo is SO rad! (It's the Powder mag police car if you didn't recognize it)

i'd just like to learn what makes these skis unique and different from everything else. i've noticed that there are diff flexes and stuff, but performance wise, what makes these skis better than others. i'd just like to learn a little more about them from someone who has used them. (yea i've looked on TGR, i just wanted to ask some other opinions)
