What is the feature about?

For anyone who doesn't know, Zoo is a crappy mens weekly. Lots of birds, football and beer, and freeskiing apparently!
 
Ah, just actually read the bit about Jamie Pierre, now I see what the article would be about.
 
I would hate to see it in Zoo, proper shit magazine, its the male equivilant of magazines like 'Heat' and 'Real Woman'. Written by people who couldn't get a job at FHM but also find adding 'hilarious' captions to every single picture.
 
i must admit, zoo and nuts have the same shit every week. topless girls, useless trivia etc. but surely its good that the ill-educated masses will see skiing can be insane, not just for "The Good Life" types. also, did anyone see the picture of victoria beckham rocking chanel leather ski suit with what looked like chanel twins on her feet?? wierd...

btw, which team ksm member are you manwithelmet- been watching sketch and dirty laundry: good shit, keep it up...

only criticsm is too much similar park clips from mammoth and laax- more backcountry shit would be cool
 
trouble is, the ill educated masses that read zoo will just turn the page to find tits ad dismiss freestyle/freeride as another kooky lad mag feature, not a fully fledged sport!
 
you may have a point coz the kind of shit they normally put where the pierre article is would be a guy that can bench press 200lbs with his bell-end...... or something. anyhoo, i was excited at first.
 
what i did like tho was the feature in gq on jon olsson. i now gq's a bit gay, but its also fairly civilised- they researched the article properly and didn't sound like goons talking about freeskiing.
 
thats more like it. proper articles written by proper journalists who have at least gone to uni!
 
Zoo is a nasty cockroach that should curl up and die and stop polluting people's mind with misosgynistic candyfloss drivel and tales of five-legged lesbian cows. It depresses me that there is a market keeping it alive.

u have to pay for subscription, but its fuck all and is only to cover postage. its still technically free. i know the sheffield ski village give um out free, though not sure where else.
