Haha, to be honest, i only made this thread to see what the yanks etc... reaction would be to a few brits abilities, and i have learnt they dont really like our skiing atall and just have a go at us. Ofcourse we are going to be crap, all we ski is some gay dendex stuff that messes your skis up and will probably kill you if you fall hard. I invite all americans and canadans to fly over the pond and have a ski competition with us, on the dryslope, then you will see.
 
Why? If I didn't have snow to ski on I wouldn't ski.

That's like challenging someone to a surf contest at wave park that can barely produce surfable waves.

ski Dubai guy i dont no what it is but you are rely making the uk look stupid. no one listen to this guy he clearly docent no anything about reel skiing if he is using snow domes and dry slopes as a defence for uk skiing.... cos there just rubbish. the reel uk skiing is not in the snow domes or the rubbishy English hill sides. its in Scotland where theres is actually some amazing skiing.and from time to time a good park. if you get the right conditions Scotland has some amazing bc lines that practically no one nose about it.chek my profile for pictures. you cant compare a reel park to snow flex because u just cant its so stupid it makes my head hurt if the Americans did come over they would still kick ower assess. uk park skiing is just starting really so give it time

Unless you move to america/france/somewhere with a proper snnow season when your kid is like 4.....then it ain't happening.
take leigh powis for example...he moved to canada when he was incredibly young...therefore not a UK skier
 
its alright for you as you do have snow to ski on, we dont have snow so we have to make do with whatevers available until we get the chance to go and find snow, doesnt mean we shouldnt ski because we have no snow outside our back door
 
Some relly good skiing in there, esp. the big mtn stuff from the mackays. not sure about the editting tho- felt like it was in fast forward.
 
He was 16, that was about 2 years ago or something, if we'd all thought to drop out of school and go somewhere snowy, we could have had as long as him, i you just compare his promo from last year to his one this year you can tell it's not just cos he moved but also cos he is progressing at an incredible rate.

I sound too much like a big liegh prowis fan, i'm gonna stop soon but i just couldn't help but be impressed by him.

any how cam, we're both going away this winter so lets see if we can help brittish skiing catch up, i mean you've definetly got a solid start already, it wouldn't be too surprising. and well me, i'm gonna try hard anyway dispite my comparative lack of skill.

but seriously, RJF does occaisionally push it with editing / creativity. - Ski City was a great idea for a movie, but unfortunately came before there was much depth in the UK ski scene.
 
So over the last 2 days, on a super basic setup we've been playing around inventing some stuff to take us from 7 years behind too around about 3 years behind, haha you wish

but you should check it out when the edit is done, and remember that we did it for a laugh for the haters, boo yah.
