yea its not legal it was just reclassified as a less dangerous, its the same as steriods or anti deppressants now. So getting caught with it isnt a big deal, tehy said they would issue a warning and seize the weed so its still not legal but better anyway

i think weed should be legal. it's stupid to make it illegal. if the government made it like tobacco they would get taxs on it instead of spending money fighting it. the price of weed would also go down. so it would be better for everyone.

if it were to be legalized in northamerica it would have to be in both us and canada. if canada were to legalize it usa would hava a fit and boarder security would be more nuts than now. im thinking that if anything is going to happen it has to involve both us and can. and even if it does happen, weed would be treated the same as booze. stoned in public/driving while unted the influence of....ect would all appily to weed. think of it seriously for a minuite, i dont think its going to happen...and anyways even f it did i think it would be harder for underage persons to obtain it due to the fact that it would be sold in sotres rather than on the street. all in all weed would end up being the exact same as booze if it ever is legalized.

they cant legalize weed in the us. it would be ridiculous. nobody in the US is mature enough to handle not having a drinking age or if weed was legal. travel to europe and you can see, everyone there is mature and responsible about it.

decriminalization is the best of both worlds, it is decriminalized in the netherlands and now in brittan under a certan amount, and basicly decriminalized in parts of cananda, but in america every other comercial is an antidrug one, our tax dollars hard at work
