Bringing a little bit of pinkbike to the NS community

So being a user of both websites I think having POD (picture of the day) and VOD (video of the day) is pretty sweet since the votes are weighed by the website users to pick which will be showing that day. It is usually the first two things I check out when i visit the site and think it would be cool to see it somehow incorporated into newschoolers.com. I don't know what the procedure would be but if something like this could happen it would be pretty dope.

If you scroll down on the homepage there is a "Picture of the week" and "Video of the week"

i know but i think it would be sick if we could get a different video and pic everyday to change it up and have something new to check out

yeah something "of the day" not just of the week then it takes too long, good idea man i agree.

i still think of the week is fine, but maybe put it on the home page, or up higher?

Its also on the media page. During the winter we'll be giving prizes for the photo/video of the week as well, so that there will be more incentive to check it out.

Photo of the day is a good idea, but thats a lot no? Maybe in a future re-design of the photo gallery?

alright i think photo of the day would be pretty sweet just because of the amount of photos uploaded daily. and if you could somehow count posts on pictures saying POD or just pick one of the favorites everyday.
