Bring back the fucking Orage Masters.

ON BEHALF OF ORAGE AND ALL THOSE IN FAVOR OF BRINGING BACK THE WORLDS "FUNNEST" SKI CONTEST...

THAT SOUNDS LIKE ONE OF THE BEST IDEAS WE'VE HEARD ALL SEASON, MAYBE EVEN IN THE PAST 3 SEASONS. CONSIDER IT OUR PERSONAL MISSION TO MAKE ALL OF YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE.

NOW TELL US WHO YOU WANT TO SEE COMPETE IN THE EVENT AND AT WHAT RESORT SHOULD WE HOST THIS SPECTACLE OF A SKI COMP?

In my opinion what felt the most like the "real" Orage Masters was at Mammoth at the end of the spring. And battle of the brands was sick. It's really a format different from any comp and there's used to be so much mayhem going on.
 
Whistlah, Mammoth, wherever.
Team format was the best. That should continue. As many teams as possible. Make it WILD.
 
Well, I'd like to see it somewhere near summit county so it would be easy to get to, but really I'd be happy with anywhere that is just as amped to have it as we are for it to happen. Team format was definately the best. So many good crews now, things would get nuts out there for sure. Most of all, keep it as fun as always.
 
the best years in my memory were always those at mammoth, the others just didn't do the comp justice

battle of the brands is obviously essential, as well as costumes, and a scaffolding fort for each team, couldn't be the masters without any of that

and prizes are all non-monetary, vacations and TVs are good, gummy bears and lego sets are better

and there should be different competitions, with points assigned to 1st 2nd and 3rd in each, and then most points at the end wins. You could have most futurespun trick, most tech rail trick, best train, most stylish trick etc

man I wish I could plan and attend this event
 
I'd say at least for the "inaugural bring back", if that's what you wanna call it, it should be at mammoth. I was never a part of any contest, and I'm completely biased in living there....but it makes sense.

 
Hell Yea, I am pretty sure it is going to happen this year. Call it intuition or just an inside line to the truth....
 
Gotta be at whistler during the telus fest! always the best event of the festival haha

Team format but perhaps we should do this...

With so many brands in the industry these days, what about qualifying rounds! that way all brand teams can get a fair shot, perhaps even a few stops at different resorts!

There would / should be pre-qualified teams, but I think this could broaden the audience A LOT and make it fun for everyone involved.
 
mabye have one main idea for the costumes such as like gamboy video games, countries, fast food. so it all ties together

You could combine a little bit of JOSS. Have an amateur filmer to film the competition/hilarity for each team.

As much as I loved when it was at Whistler (because then I could be there), the weather is never too reliable in the spring. Pretty sure it was held in the rain/fog/snow more times than in the sun for the years it was in whis. Mammoth just looked like the best time ever, each time. Hard to go wrong with the event no matter where it happens though.

SO STOKED that it could be coming back!

First of all, I'd like to say that I found a way to get on course even though I had no reason to be there every year it was in Mammoth, and it was some of my fondest skiing memories. I don't think that the Whis event compared. So, consider this a vote for Mammoth - nowhere can do it better. Mammoth is definitely the best place for it.
