non-conformism today seems to consist mostly of wearing all black, dying your hair black and cutting your wrists. Goths and emos. What happened to the good old days when non-conformists had soul? I say it's about damn time the beatnik style made a comeback. Anyone else think it would be alright to see a little artistic self expression out there?
 
definitely. although I don't see being emo/scene/edge or whatever the fuck you call it as being non-conformist, it's just being conformist to the utmost degree. buying into an extreme fad and helping some brilliant person get more money because of a little idea they thought up.

If you are truly non-conformist, it won't show in your clothing style, it will be the way you act and the way you think.
 
i discovered the ultimate way to not conform... dont wera clothes (ugos arent invited to this)
