hey ive got a bunch done. i will NOT post or email you pictures since i will be robbed of my ideas immediately. but just trust me on this one people these are AMAZINGGGGG. again this is a beanie with a real legit brim, hand crocheted with love by me. if you know my hats you know what ur gonna get out of these.

i doubt people would be able to tell how you did the visor just from a picture

i know of a few ways to do it, even though i can;t crochet, but neither are that difficult to figure out on your own

and we use plastic in our brims (unless we run out).. in a case of plastique shortage we use cartons (like ice cream cartons) and we charge less if that happens

We all know how to make brimmed beanies. You aren't god's gift to hat making just because you figured out that either a reverse stitch or a plastic insert will make you a fine brim without too much hastle.

haha, this is so amusing :) And for those that question, I have order two Smuggs beanies in the past, both are disgustingly sick. I got a pick and white one for the gf, and she thought it was the best thing since the combustion engine. so, despite the fact that I haven't seen smuggs brimmed beanies, I have the utmost confidence.

wow, I just figured out a good way to make the brims, and it looks better than that, sorry dude, but anyway, just take a milk jug and cut a piece out of that, stick it in the ribbed bit, and sew it up. it looks pretty fly.

i think the reason that people like my hats is how they fit. its very comfortable and snug at the same time. like if u took a hard digger the hat wouldnt come off. but it feels like your head is in a warm cloud or something. bottom line they fit well. and a hat costs like 25 dollars in a ski shop and its made in china by some machine that some 5 year old is tending to and will probably lose a body part or 2 in his career. hey ill charge 20 for mine and you can pick your color. id say its a deal.... or you can buy it from someone else. i dont care. all i want to see is people pleased with what i can offer them. if i sell a couple hats a week cool if i sell none cool.

and it takes much longer to get good at crocheting than one hat. it takes alot of practice to make 1 stitch perfect and repeat that like 900 times.

well im out i sent some hats out last week and ill send more out mid this week so if you havent gotten yours you should get it soon.
