Where did all these rails come from?

the rails are Brightons park. They are all left up there during the summer. Most are chained up but these were doable

no dude.... they just had chains wrapped around them. I don't think any were chained up. I was looking at that rollercoaster and started pulling on the chains, and they all just fell off so we we set it up
