did any of you see bright eyes on tour with the faint? i saw them on monday and it was an amazing show. if you find tickets go it was great!

you went to that show?! thats awesome, i heard it was fucking nuts, i even had a free ticket but didnt find out til afterwards lol...the faint are like an electronic rock dance group kinda...dont know how to describe them just buy their latest album 'Wet From Birth' and thank me later

I was at the show in Seattle and it was great. I was really impressed with the Faint (first time I'd seen them).

Connor was awesome as always, he had over 10 people on stage....check out this tour in your town if you get a chance!!

 
bright eyes is some emo shit. not that bad either mention it to a girl and they go crazy. lol jk

i dont like bright eyes at all. the faint is alright but i dont really listen to them much

the faint is badass, seriously the ONLY band in existence that have more than 2 songs i like.

seen them at seperate shows. connor when he was on tour with m. ward and jim james and the faint with tv on the radio. connor only did one bright eyes song and it sucked. he was drunk and put on a terrible show. m ward and jim james upstaged him for sure. the faint put on an excellent show.
 
I dont care much for bright eyes but it would be fucking dope shit to see the Faint!
 
bright eyes makes my yawn and somehow be very annoyed at the same time. the faint is good though, even if it is a bit emo...

my brother mark will most definetely be there, he wouldn't miss that for the world. He would rather bash his head against the sidewalk until he was dead, or strangle himself, or eat a bathtub full of beans... till he was dead, obviously. I mean, he LOVES conner oberst, and even more, Europe... Yeah.. he loves that stuff. He'll be there.... right after the crazytown show.
 
listen to the guys whining and crying. it doesnt need to be about girls for it to be emo..

many people think the faint has a somewhat emo sound. emo doesnt need to be a bad thing as soon as you hear it (as much as I hate most emo...) Fugazi fucking started emo for crying out loud!
 
hi, im david. im too cool for an icon anymore, and crazy town is most definatly my most favorite band in the universe. i dont tell anyone, but i have a secret man crush on connor oberst, and deflect attention away from it by talking about other inane stuff. did i mention that i habitually ride narwhals?
 
if anything the faint are new-wave, goth, punk rock, NOT 'emo' whatever emo is. by your standards, everything is emo. emo isnt even a genre. emo is stupid and anyone that classifys a band as emo is a fucking idiot
 
you may be right, emo may not be a genere, but it is still something that I and many others use to classify types of music. Im sorry, the faint is most definatly a bit emo, Ive seen emo used to describe them in revies in magazines and so on.
 
bright eyes is good, but conor oberst is such a pussy bitch. i saw em a few years back and he walks out on stage and lays down and cries for a bit. it was super lame.
 
yes but emo music is different, of corse all music has emotion. emo is still the term used to classify a certian type of music wether you like it or not
