Bridger pass or big sky?

don't let the drive turn you away, big sky is soooo worth it! that mountain is the shit son. If yer tight for cash though, you can get just a Moonlight Basin (backside of big sky) pass for pretty damn cheap.

big sky has everything bridger has but more, same with moonlight. Moonlight passes are pretty cheap too.

if you only ski park DO NOT go to bridger. But if you like steeps, chutes, big cliffs, and powder, bridger is waaaaay better

As of now, you might almost want to get a moonlight pass. They will most likely have a better park (if thats what you want) and just as good as terrain as big sky, and its way cheaper. Also look for a HUGE upgrade at moonlight the next couple years, more lifts etc.

in all my years of skiing at bridger bowl, ive rarely been bored. thats probably becuase im not the best park rider, and i just like to cruise and bonk trees with my snowboard friends...

big sky has ALOT of terrain, and a ok-ish park, but its a longer drive. (save the earth, take the bus) but Moonlight has alot of good terrain too, and an really high quality (though smaller park) and if you are a student the pass is less then $300!!

bridger bowl offers no student rate on a season pass(a travisty), but the skiing is almost always good. (if your not a park rat)

im going to moonlight this year, it breaks my heart to leave bridger behind, but $550 for a season pass just doesnt meet my budget.

if you choose moonlight, see you there.

Bridger doesn't "suck". It's the best mountain every when there is new snow. Without new snow, its still fun. If its been a couple weeks without new snow, it wont be that fun (like all mountains) but it has some of the sickest terrain and natural features. But, having big sky and moonlight kind of make it for just the locals/hard core people because its very true that big sky and moonlight have everything bridger has. But people go to bridge for the local vibe etc.

yup. for years and years ive skied bridger becuase of the local vibe and quality terrain. its just an average ski area as far as snow goes, it has good years, and bad years. but its also alot of crazy terrain packed in a small package, and you can always fined your friends.

im sad they dont have a student rate season pass, but im also excited to ski somewhere different, thats where moonlight comes in.

yeah moonlight was pretty sick when i went out there

i skied one day at big sky and two days at moonlight and overall i thought moonlight was better even though its a lot smaller

by the way if anyone lost a pair of dakine pipe style gloves at moonlight theyre mine now bitch!

and i loved the ghetto lodge at the base of moonlight

ha Dude I can tell who you are by the way you like word your sentences ha. This is Cody the biker kid. And who ever said bridger sucks must be a park rat

All three mountains are sick, but if you are looking for a lot of varied terrain, Big Sky/Moonlight is the way to go.

Big Sky, is the king of letdowns, however I heard they fired their park manager. That is a start, lets see what sad promises they make this season. Get a pass to all 3, its my method.

i like big sky because it punishes the park rats by making them drive an extra hour, and it keeps bridger free of rich tourists and skiers who think their thugs

Depends on what you want to ski...if you want a local mountain thats less crowded and closer go Bridger for sure...they have epic dumps up there. But Big Sky does have more terrain, a park that so much better, and Moonlight is dope too. Its just far and expensive. Im going with Bridger just cause its an easier drive and not as far...Plus this Ridge is dope.

Bridger says they are gona try and make two parks this year, one super duper weak park under the quad, like last year. And one lame park under deer park again.
