Bridger or Big Sky

I'm visiting MSU this Friday, planning on skiing on Thursday and Saturday. I can only ski half a day on Saturday so I can catch my flight home, what mountain should I spend the full day at?

take the tram and challenger chair for sure at big sky. if you are getting the moonlight/big sky ticket ski off the moonlight side of lone peak.

If your at Big Sky you can't really go wrong with the Tram to Shedhorn or Dakota and Challenger especially if we have fresh snow. On the Moonlight side I'd ski Lone Tree and take a few laps up Headwaters.

Go to Big Sky for the huge resort feel. Go to Moonlight for a much more chill vibe, cheaper lift tickets, and a sicker park. I like them both personally, so I couldn't tell you which to decide

And I've never been to Bridger

Ditto on what was already said

If you have a beacon, hit up the ridge at Bridger, if not, stick to Alpine or Pierre's Knob lifts, that's where the best trees on the lower mtn are

Go to Shedhorn and take it up.

Then traverse skier's right for as long as you possibly can and you'll come upon this lift called Dakota.

It's the best.

The Lone Peak pass is a waste of money IMO unless you are trying to ski off the tram to Moonlight. Your not going to ski all of BS in a day, let alone the whole mountain.

are you kidding me? bridger has the chillest vibe in montana and the terrain has all of what big sky has, just more compact. plus much cheaper lift tickets

Not kidding, I work in Big Sky so I get a free pass here. I'll probably make it up to Bridger before the seasons over.
