80-100' of snow. frequent avalanches running off the ridge onto lower slopes. my bro works in the lodge. patrol stuck a sled right out front.

 
What I would do to ski 71 inches of fresh snow!

Bridger Bowl did indeed open up today at around noon, all lifts were running except the Alpine lift. Wasn't up there myself, but I can't wait to go!

Skiing there was AWESOME today- a bit crowded though, the snow was so deep and thick that you could easily get stuck in it on even steep runs. I'm not compaining though. It's supposed to snow tomorrow too. unbelievable.... good thing its Christmas Break!

 
That sounds so awesome...and it happens on the one week I'm NOT in town...dammit!
