My roommate moved out and I'm lookin to fill his room for the summer. I figure ns would be a good way to not find a total whackjob?? I'm Dylan, i ski(tele), i ride horses all summer so i'm out out the house for most of the day (like 6am-8pm?), and i'm very supportive of marijuana smoking.
The place is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom downstairs apartment of a house. It's got a small kitchen and living room, but we've got a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a TV which I've got xbox live on..There's a younger married couple upstairs in a 1br place and they're chill.
rent is 550 a month, plus utilities, and you'd have to sign a lease through october. Utilities we pay for are water/sewer, electric, and cable/internet. We split the total 4 ways so that works out well.I'll be lookin to resign the lease in Novemeber, but that doesn't mean you'd have to.
