i'm thinkin about comming to breckenridge from holland in november..

was wondering how the park has been the last couple of years in that period (some big kickers/ rails)... heard some good and some bad shit..

let me know before i'm in breck with my ski gear and no park;-)

thanx mates.

yeah that's pretty early probably no park, but when i was in breck in early january a few years ago it was up and running pretty good, and there was some good pow pow up in the bowls, i had to hike, but i think there is a peak chair now

i was there that time last year and it was pretty sick for that time of year, they had two like 30-40ish foot tables and a bucnch of rails. plus keystone is like 10-15 minutes from breck and it was stocked wiht many features for that early

yeah they had like a 30 and a 40 if i remember right. then i think a flat bar, a street style down rail, and a streetstyle down flat down. pretty fun, but freeway wont be up until like mid jan or feb.

if you want a bunch (like 15 or so) of really fun rails and boxes, go to keystone.

if you want a couple jumps and some OK rails, go to breck

i would go to both

keystone last year which is abotu 15-20 from brek had a bunch of pretty fun rails really early int eh season last year so pry around that time. brek also had a couple of jumps and a few boxes and rails but itd be a fun time just nothing compared to peak season. but if you do come out pm me and we should ride

thanx for the info mates.

def coming to breck and then we will see what they have, just wanna leave this below sea level country of mine;-) and in europ there is not that much special then....

so will see some of ya there!

ciao

generally opening day for key and breck is November 10th. if we get some cold weather though, keystone will open a week earlier. breck will probably open with 2 larger jumps and a few decent rails, and key will have a big rail park in. i would wait a month if you can though. by the middle of December freeway will be up and a51 will be going strong.

I live there, and by november there will only be one peak open and a small park(usually a 40 and 45 footer, with a few rails). I would wait till Late December if you want to be here in all its glory,

echo will probably kill it this year in the early season. But I'm sure breck and key will step they're game as well. Every year it keeps getting better.

downside is.. every year there are more and more crowds.

brecks opening day they ahd a 40 fter set up and a slew of rails as well. every year they have some stuff up opening day... but it's adivsed that you come late november to early december for decent parks.
