well we were looking for a 10 month deal for $325, but thats taken now, so now we're looking for a seasonal thing (october 15-april 15), a little longer if you wish, for $400. It's a decent size office space with a bed, drawer & some other room in a sweet house. Its prolly gonna get taken soon so if ur actually interested pm me
 
my offer's still up if you would accept a weekend warrior who can guarantee rent on time... Until I start shopping around in a week.
 
So someone bailed yesterday & now we need to fill this spot in the next week.
