i just found this pass at snow.com called the ski 3 pass, whats the difference between this and the colorado or summit passes?? it seems to be the same as the summit pass except 50 more dollars, and you dont get 10 days at vail and beaver cr.

anyone help?

they appear to be the same thing except the summit is cheaper. Theres really not much too it i think. If you were going for just those resorts i'd go for the summit. I have the epic though, and i'd fork over the extra 140 or so to go ski vail and the beav. just my opinion

The Ski 3 and the Summit Pass are definitely the same thing.

Tell me about it. A couple seasons ago I was lookin' at passes...most confusing thing ever.

they are not the same thing. the summit pass is designed for colorado residents. the first time you buy it, you have to buy it in person in colorado. thats why its cheaper and better. the ski 3 pass was new last year. not sure why it was introduced, since tourists are their bread and butter.
