hey everyone heres the scoop...

snowmaking is still going off like crazy in the lower night park. alot of the rails have been pulled to make way for the jib pipe which is looking like it will be open for sat. I'll have a definite answer on that thurday night. In the meantime theres the flat down box, flat down flat box, c-box, super fun table and a bunch of rollers to butter and switch up on. It should all be coming together nicely for the weekend. The wind has not been helpfull in the upper night park and has prevented any snowmaking there as of yet.

Alpine has been on a bit of a holding pattern as new snow has been made this past week and it looks like wed we'll get the go ahead from Management to deticate FULL snowmaking resourses to the park and pipe(that means about 25 snowguns vs the 5 or 6 we've had running so far this early season)

my guess is not for a while. they're still using the c-rail as a jib feature (which will eventually be the top of the wall ride right?).

Props on the jumps, they were so nice today. The park is coming along very well.

Eric your posts for Alpine on here are so much better than their website. They never update the park report. So, thanks man, and keep em coming!

 
Update on the snowmaking at Alpine...

temps have been so good that after DAYS of continous snowmaking that we have to shut down the system to give it a rest until sunday. Then its back at it in the park and elsewhere on the mountain.

Nah not today, but to buy hopefully next week, just keep an eye on them and try to talk people out of buying them.
