they are brand new, no box i wore them around the house and out to get the paper one morning...they are a size 28...if someone is interested make an offer, i will let these go for pretty cheap...paid around $450
 
I'm giong to take a wild guess and say that your boot are too big. A 28 is a mens 10. This would properly fit someone if they wore an 11 street shoe. I wouldn't call an 11 particularly small.
 
bump...$200 shipped for brand new 2006 - 2007 boots is pretty good, anyone??? these things retail around $700...
